LONDON, 2^nd February, 2026 – Artemis Origination, a global buyside advisory firm specialised in creating and supporting proprietary M&A transactions for the world’s most innovative funds and acquirers, has announced the appointment of Tom Bower-Nielsen to the role of Vice President in London. Bringing over a decade of M&A origination and research experience, Tom joins Artemis from Constellation Software, where he led European Corporate Development activities for Jonas. A fluent German speaker, he previously spent 3 years at Finquest, where he managed over 50 advisory engagements across European and North American PE and strategic acquirers. Prior to that, he held roles in TMT research at GLG and Oliver Parks.
